Is it possible to bulk-create pages and menu entries?

I have a wordpress.com site, which currently contains 0 blog posts and around 50 pages. The end result will have 3000 pages. Creating these pages manually using the wordpress.com tool, and alos configuring the drop down menu is a massive pain.

If I move to www.ads-software.com (and I’m struggling with that, I’ve posted elsewhere for help on that), will that allow me to bulk-create empty pages with a title, and the page options hierarchy that wordpress.com allows?

I want to get all the pages created, and the menu built, so I can see what it looks like before I start adding content to all the pages.

Is this possible to do, or should I not bother moving to www.ads-software.com?
