Is it possible to bulk manually send review reminders?

    Is it possible to manually send multiple email reminders without individually clicking on the “send reminder” button referenced in this article: How to Manually Send Review Reminders? We recently had a stretch of approximately 10 days when review reminders failed to automatically send. That has been resolved, but we want to go back and manually send the reminders that failed. The number of orders is great enough that it’s not feasible to individually process the reminders. Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Unfortunately, it isn’t possible. You need to click on each envelope button to send the review reminder manually.
