Is it possible to change "from" field so not host/server email address?

Me again!
I was wondering is there was any way of changing the “from” email address, or even adding a name before the email on Email before Download? It’s currently arriving in my inbox with just my @box895.bluehost.com email address which looks really messy! Even if I could put my name, or business name before it that would be fine – just so it’s more recognisable to people downloading my guide?
Any help would be really appreciated!
