    Hi, I have just installed the plugin and love it. I am currently creating all tickets I have from my email, and would like to put in the date I received the email. Is it possible to enter or modify the date opened field?

    Hi:

    Its not possible to change the date a ticket was opened. But you can create a custom date field where you can type in the date you want to track.
