• I don’t know where else to look to attempt to figure this out. Is it possible to create an seperate template file for a single page of a specific wordpress post? I would like to insert custom graphics onto this page that won’t show up anywhere else on my blog.

  • I have only used V1.5.2, so this may not apply if you’re using V2 — check it in your admin.

When you edit a page, there is a “custom fields” area with the “key” combo. Select “_wp_page_template” for the key and enter the name of your page as the value. WP will then look for that file name in your theme directory and render that instead of the usual stuff.

Is it possible to do something similar with a post instead of a page?
