Is it possible to change the title of elements on the page edit

  • Hi Guys,

    Is it possible to change the title , block it from being edited or remove from certain user roles?

    I am creating a letting agency and would like to be able to only allow admins to edit the SEO for example or only show it without editing or allow a button to be clicked for advance users to fill in details after or remove this box completely from the view of everyone but admin.

    If anyone could suggest a way of doing this or a plugin that lets me manage like I have mentions I would be most grateful.
