Is it possible to charge a deposit

    We run a massage service and some of the massages include wine and desserts which we have to purchase ahead of time. When there’s no shows then we get stuck with the costs.

    We want to charge a deposit of 50% of the total at the time they book the massage online and then collect the difference when they finish the appointment.

    Is this plugin capable of collecting deposits?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately deposit payments are not supported at the moment. The customers can only pay full price or pay everything when they come to the appointment. Deposit payments are in our plan for the future versions, and based on the number of users’ requests we will plan its implementation.

    As a workaround, we could have them insert a discount code, yes?

    Hi,

    Yes, you can use coupons as a workaround but you will have to send coupon codes to you clients so they can use it during the booking.
