Is it Possible to Create a Menu With ~170 Mneu Items?

  • Hi,

    I’m getting a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to save a menu that has many menu items. I’m using HostGator and I have a dedicated server.

    Has anyone created a WordPress menu that has roughly 170 menu items? Is it possible? Thank you.

    Right now, you don’t. It’s a known issue and they hope to have it fixed in 3.3 ??

    I have to think of a work around– a way to navigate the site that won’t be awkward or difficult. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

    Don;t use that many menu items? I doubt anyone’s going to read that many, anyway, to be honest.
