    Hi

I wish to buy a premium gallery plugin for two of my websites. Can you please let me know if your premium plugin create infinite scrolling image gallery (downwards and each scroll is a new page while scroll,ng down)

If the answer is yes, I will purchase it for 2 websites. (Is there a way to try it to make sure it works?)

    Regards.

Hi @uguven, thanks for reaching out,

It’s possible even with a free version – this functionality is shared between two versions =):

    1. Click Photo Gallery from the menu on the left of your WordPress dashboard.
    2. From the list under?Photo Gallery,?click?Global Settings,?then click the?Gallery views tab.
    3. From the window that follows, find the Pagination setting under your gallery’s layout, and click the type of pagination you want to add to your gallery.1_2_3.png
    4. Click the Save button at the top right to save your settings. This will apply your selected option to every gallery that uses default options.4.png

In your case you will need to set the option to “Scroll load”, “Images per page” option will set the number of images to display before scrolling to load more,

Please note, however, that depending on the size of your desired gallery we cannot predict how well performing this set up will be in case of overly large galleries

In order to apply this setting to a single specific gallery click the shortcode of the published gallery in your editor, uncheck the box next to?Use default options, then follow step 3 and click?Update.

Thank you for your answer and I am sorry for the late reply as I was out of office. I did try your plugin and installed it on our site and I can create a gallery but its impossible to access global settings of the plugin. So, I cant try any of the settings to follow your instructions above. When I click global settings it hangs for a long time (I waited 15 minutes twice). The server is a dedicated server that only serves this website and it shows no significant load.

You can see it at: https://criturk.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/error.png

Please advise what I need to do? We are also ready to buy the premium plugin for our news site as long as it can do what we need and so far it seems it can do it but we cant try it due to the issue above.

    Regards

    Dear @uguven hi,

Sorry to hear about your issue – to help us troubleshoot it may we kindly ask you to additionally send us screenshots of your browser dev error console when the settings are stuck on loading?

To access the JavaScript error console in most web browsers using the keyboard shortcut, you can follow the instructions below:

    1. Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + J (Windows, Linux) or Command + Option + J (Mac).
    2. Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + K (Windows, Linux) or Command + Option + K (Mac).
    3. Microsoft Edge: Press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) or Command + Option + I (Mac) to open the DevTools, then select the Console tab.
    4. Safari: Press Option + Command + C to open the Developer Tools, then select the Console tab.

Once the DevTools or console is open, you can view any JavaScript errors that may have occurred on the settings page,

Many thanks – will be looking forward to hearing back from you!
