is it possible to customize Divider “Go To Top” Link.?

Hi. When we add Divider, it has text saying “Go To Top”, when we click on it it goes to start of the post, now what i want is when i click on go to top text it goes to specific table . For example i have a table whose id=”abc” , when i click Go To Top it goes to that table id . How can i do that. i am unable to find such option where i can define #abc . Thank You
