is it possible to display the popup a second time?

The following link can be used to change consent (redisplay the banner):

And this link will withdraw all consent:

<a href="javascript:CookieConsent.withdraw();">Withdraw my consent</a>

The same links are also available from the cookie declaration.

I tried both options but the result is the same..
it sends me to https://www.mysite.com/CookieConsent.renew
so error 404

can you give me some advices?

What likely happens is that the link is stripped for Javascript code.

but in chrome it gives me an error in the consolle:

It works fine in both Chrome and Firefox for me. Could you try again in an Incognito window?
