Is it possible to embed a Page into a Page?

Hi,

Is it possible to embed a Page into a Page?

The reason is that I have a long page that is split into several categories, and I need the categories showing up in the sidebar navigation. I created several pages – one per each category, then parented them properly.

They now show up in the sidebar fine, but the parent page is empty.

Any way around this?
