Is it possible to end bot conversation and let real person handle responses?

    It is not possible to take over a conversation.

    In the pro version, user can initiate a conversation with Live Chat support if the Live Chat addon is purchased and installed. It is also possible to go directly to Live Chat when any operator is online with the addon.
