Hi, we are experimenting with creating different pages for different job providers. We want to filter using user ID = different job providers.

Our coder found some stuff in the code he thought would make it possible to use a shortcode for user ID but it seems to not work. Any idea if there is a shortcode for this? Or does he need to do code changes to the WPJM plugin?

I tried this for example: [jobs post_author=”3″]

Any tips on this or if we could make it work some other way would be much appreciated ??

    Hi @flamuren

Our support policy does not include assistance with modifying or debugging code, but we do have a page of code samples here which might be helpful.

As a tip here, to filter jobs by user ID, you can use the author argument in the WP_Query class.

Hi, thanks for the tip. The coder said it did not work with the author argument. But thanks for taking your time and reply. Wish you a good day ??

    Hi @flamuren

I’m sorry that it didn’t work.

Since we can’t assist with this, I am going to mark this thread as resolved.
