Is it possible to force an admin option?

I have a multisite and all my themes use mandatory infinite scroll.

This plugin works fine if I enable the option that allows this plugin to work with infinite scroll. But because I have a mutisite, my users will have to enable that infinite scroll option themselves. I would like to know if it is possible to force that option to enable so users don’t have to.
