Is it possible to give my user the ability to add new fields?

Hi,

i wonder if CF7 can do that:

I want to give my users the ability to click on: “add more options”, then they will get some new fields and they can put in their values.

My users will tell me:
his name, his adress and his car: the brand of his car and some other information about his car. but some people have more the one car. how can i build a button like: “add a car” and they will get the ability to add new values into the new fields?
