Is it possible to have a "not equal" filter ?

First of all, sorry for my english and thanx for the plugin ??
In my wordpress app, i’m making a get request to retrieve all the posts of a specific custom post type. It works well, but now i would like to do the same thing, by excluding one specific author. Is it possible to complete ?
Example of get request :
/posts?type[]=design&filter[author]!=3
