Is it possible to have a second navigation under first navigation using Salient?

    I am wondered if it is possible to create a second navigation menu with drop-downs on a certain page? I am using the Salient theme.

    I know within the Salient theme you can have a second nav but it puts about the main one..

    I am looking to have it simulair to the main one, but with different headings and sub-headings.

    Many help will be greatly appreciated.
