Is it possible to have the form data create a new pending post I can check?

You can either write your custom code using the wpcf7_mail_sent hook or you can use the Post My CF7 Form plugin to store data in the post.

I read through that but I can’t see a way to get the categories into CF7 as clickable options.

That also just reads the info and puts it on a page, doesn’t it? I actually want to make posts from a form that are pending posts. That way they can be checked and published if good.

I found this https://wpforms.com/addons/post-submissions-addon/, but it doesn’t have categories.
