Is it possible to install free SSL certificate without cPanel usign ftp

I installed wordpress site, which is unsecured. On my other hosting provider i have cpanel and its easy to install SSL certificate (with lets encrpt).

Is it possible to install SSL certificate if i have only ftp access to files. I have no phpmyadmin privileges.

I was watching tutorial, but they all end up with go to cpanel and click on install SSL certificates, which i cant do here, because i can only access files and there is no CPanel.
