Is it possible to post the same content on two separate WordPress blogs?

I have two blogs running – one is a desktop version and one is a mobile version. They run on mydomain.com and mobile.mydomain.com. It is becoming a pain in the derriere to modify my template for mobile, so I figured to start from scratch and run two templates.

All of my content is identical between the two sites, the difference is the template. How do I post the same content on both of my sites? If it is easier, how can I run two templates simultaneously, depending on the device being used (mobile or desktop)?
