Is it possible to schedule tiles in a gallery?

I have been looking for months with no luck. Are there any themes or plugins that will render a gallery with scheduled tiles – tiles that will appear and disappear from the gallery based on individual schedules. For example, certain tiles will be time-sensitive. So, they might need to automatically begin or stop appearing over the weekend (while I am not at work).

Ideally, a full-page layout with a metro-style gallery supporting text overlays would be best, but not a necessity.
