How do you show posts that are in a category and tagged with a taxonomy term??

  • Hi folks,

    Does anyone know how to show posts that are in a particular category AND tagged with a taxonomy term? For example, how do i show 5 posts from the ‘golf’ category that also have a taxonomy term of ‘nike’ from the ‘brands’ taxonomy? I have tried searching the forums and googled the query but have yet to come up with any real solution. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Well after spending most of the day trying to find an answer to this it seems that its not possible in the current version of wordpress. However…version 3.1 will include new taxonomy query options that will make this a reality!! Happy days! Roll on the release.
