Is it possible to track weekly equipment rent?

    Hi there,

    Our client offers treadmills for hire on their website. However, GA only captures the payment on the first week when it’s done on the website but the succeeding ones do not appear in GA Ecomm Tracking report. Do you think it’s possible for the weekly renewal payments to appear in GA Ecomm report too? I don’t think it is but I thought I should ask you first since this is your plugin. We’re using the free version of the plugin, does the Paid/Pro version has that option?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you might be using a subscription plugin for rental products. Could you share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.
