Is it possible to track word count

  • Hi! For a client who’s writing cosmetic treatments I use Pods + Yoast for her SEO. But I am not sure if it’s capable of the word count which Yoast normally provides.

    Yoast’s only counting the words in the WP Post editor, not in the fields from Pods which I made with custom post type.

    They are not online yet

  • I am having the same issue. Has anyone resolved this? Yoast is not counting the number of words in custom fields.

    Please note that this plugin isn’t compatible with the block editor, only the classic editor.

    So just for confirmation, are you using the classic or block editor for your content?
