Is it possible to trigger display of HTML disclaimer popup after it is updated

    I did not notice the possibility to trigger displaying the HTML disclaimer alert after two events:
    1. After persistent cookie expires, or
    2. After the disclaimer is updated

    whichever of the two is earlier. Is it possible to configure something like this?

    Secondly after the HTML pop-up is live the user only gets an option to ‘close’ which essentially means he ‘agrees’ to the disclaimer; which may not be the case. Is it possible to have Agree / Disagree button or something similar which indicates to the user if he agrees to the disclaimer he can browse the site and if he disagrees or rejects the disclaimer he cannot browse the site. Would be great to understand if such use case is achievable.
