Is it possible to undo 2.8 upgrade?

I upgraded to 2.8 and have had some issues.

2.7.1 worked very well for me, and I’d like to revert back to that for now. I still have the install files, but I don’t know what I should upload and replace so as to preserve my theme customizations and content.

Any help?
