is it possible to upgrade plans?

hi,
a couple years ago i purchased the robo gallery pro package at $30 for one site. i now have an additional site that i would like to run a filterable gallery on. but shouldn’t i be able to upgrade plans? i can’t find an option to do that.
i would like to upgrade my plan if possible to the robo gallery ext plan at $65 to run it on two sites. as i already paid for the pro at $30, shouldn’t i be able to upgrade at $35? when i try to check out it doesn’t seem to think so unless i’m missing a step.
honestly though, while i love the gallery and haven’t really been able to find one comparable for my needs with the filters, the lack of support here and tickets that also go unanswered is making me wonder why i’m even considering upgrading my plan.
