Is it possible to use custom post type’s meta field values?

    Can your plugin use custom post type’s meta field values (title, link, lng and lat) to display on a map? I have thousands of locations (real estate properties) and I would need this values to be displayed on map directly from the database. All the values are saved in default WP meta fields.
