Is it possible to use thumbnail images (instead of full-size) in the preview?

Hi there,

I’m using Options Framework to enable my customer to upload up to 9 images to use on a homepage grid. I noticed that in the options framework, it’s loading the full-size image to display in a preview. Unfortunately, the images are rather large, and it takes a really long time to display the page. Is there a way to use a smaller image size on the options page (just when displaying the options)?
