Is it possible to use two seperate font sizes in one post?

…I’ve actually be writing straight into the page, rather than a post. I’d like to make the first line of each page bigger so it looks like a header – https://www.ruthstokes.com – but can’t find a function on the page editor and not sure how to do it in the stylesheet.

Can anyone advise?
