Is it possible with contact form 7 to make a step by step buying form?

Hello friends,
I want to know if with Contact Form 7 can i make a form like you can see in the links below. I want a form that shows a price depending on what field you select, and when you finally apply they redirect u to a tpv or paypal link etc with that price. And if its possible to make it in different phases (like second link):
