Is it really possible to create the demo site with the Free version of the theme

    Hello,

    I have been wondering. The demo site given in the image for this them looks very nice.

    But is it really possible to create the demo site with the Free version of the theme?
    I have read the tutorials and watched the videos. Are they for the premium version? The reason I am asking is; e.g. in free version’s Homepage Layout Manager there are 5 widgets to be used. But in the videos they have 11. I do not know if this is relevant for building the demo site.
