Is it safe to delete these files

Do I need to keep these files and is it safe to delete them?
wp-atom.php
wp-feed.php
wp-pass.php
wp-rdf.php
wp-register.php
wp-rss.php
wp-rss2.php

I was comparing a fresh install of WordPress and noticed these extra files I have on my server. I am making all my local versions match my live versions.
