Is it safe to optimize different WordPress installations in one database?

    Hello,

    I’m new to WP-Optimize and would like to know, if it’s safe to let WP-Optimize do its work, if you have many WordPress installations (german language version) running in the same database, differentiated by prefix only.
    I’m wondering, because WP-Optimize offers these entries to be optimized as well.
