Is it safe to store my files in Cincopa

I have Cincopa music player, and I want to create slideshow and photo gallery. I read that the files are hosted in Cincopa CDN. Is it safe? Is the hosting always available. Are images always loading? Are my files always available for my visitors and me? Do you have statistics of failure of you hosting services? and finally, what about the speed of loading the photos?
