    … to upgrade from WP1.5.2 to WP2.01?

    I see a lot of issues with permalinks on the boards, and before I do this on my live site I just want to know if it’s safe or not.

    Opinions?

    I have a site running WP2.0.1. It’s fine. No permalink issues whatsoever.

    The best way for you to find out is to install it into a test directory and have a play around.

    Be sure to change the value for $table_prefix in wp-config.php for this test installation.
