Is it somehow possible to use plugins on theame dependent basis?

  • In want to provide 2 theams one without JS and plugin functionality – lightweight and another -with “rich” functionality. Is it possible?

    I’m not sure what you mean by “JS and plugin functionality”, but if you have special PHP functions that need to be associated with your theme, put them in the theme’s functions.php file.

    Yes, thanks, thanks a lot i think this work well

    NOPE. Some of plugins (UTW for example) integrate own files into all of themes so need js to download
