    Hi,

    Is this plugin available for free?

    I’m trying to add upcoming webinars as a widget but the widget displays this text:

    “Something’s not working. It looks like the API call to GoToWebinar isn’t succeeding. This may be because you are on a trial account. Unfortunately API calls can’t be made to GoToWebinar accounts on a trial. If you do have a full GoToWebinar licence please try re-authenticating the plugin again by pressing the ‘Click here to get Auth and Key’ button in the plugin settings. You should also clear the cache or turn the cache off in the plugin settings and this should resolve the issue.”

    I google’d this message and it seems a lot of websites have in a widget this error message.

    So is the plugin available with free accounts or you have to buy the pro version of the plugin?

    The plugin is available for free. Please reauthenticate again. You need a GoToWebinar account to use with the plugin. Please see similar reports of this issue on the forum as this has been asked a few times before. Thanks,
