If the JetPack Brute Force Attack protection is turned on and the server already has a firewall to prevent failed login attempts, do I need another solution like fail2ban or WP Cerber?

Hi there. Jetpack Brute Force protection protects against brute force attacks, where hackers try to gain access to your site by using thousands of different combinations of usernames and passwords until they find the right one.?

If the other services you mentioned provide security features that aren’t included in Jetpack or your server’s firewall, then you may want to consider adding those too.

Alternatively, Jetpack Security provides comprehensive site security including real?time backups, a web application firewall, malware scanning, and spam?protection (as well as brute force protection).
