• Hi guys,

Sorry to say, but despite that you actually announce that you do offer support on theese pages, it looks like you have changed your mind. ??

I can see so many people posting with different small and big issues… but none of them are getting any response from you guys at MailPoet…?

Without a chance to get bacis support, I am likely to drop using MailPoet (also on several costumer sites) since I am constantly trying to figure out how to solve even small challenges with your plugin.
I was expecting that you would read and reply to all theese support-threads.
Because that is what you say you will…

I know that many of us, asking for support here, are not paying money to your company. But without support to the free version, I will never upgrade my self, or any costumer to pro-version. How can I trust that I will get sufficient support?

I hope that you realize that the way to make us buy PRO, is by showing us just a tiny bit of attension, and try to answer the many questions here, that are still open and un-answered….

I really hope that you will get back to the habit of of replying to questions in the tread here….

    All the best!

  • Hi all
    Totally agree with you @madssafi
I started with free version in October and have waited for approval ever since.

I have also created a ticket asking for help approximately 5 days ago and haven’t heard anything yet.

Our company are also wanted to try this out in order to upgrade to paid version and with this bad support on the free version we are also thinking of buying somewhere else.

Hi! I fully agree with you @madssafi. I am a beginner in running a website. I am not from any programming field and I often need some help. My website still has less than 100 subscribers, it would be ridiculous to invest money if the Support doesn’t work. Recently, I was about to quit MailPoet, because something simple worked in an awkward way (duplicating post notifications, sending them to lists that were not included, etc…) It made me embarrassed in front of my readers without my fault. This is the only plugin that doesn’t automatically update when you open that option for all plugins. Now, there is a Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress, (which is the latest), for six days since they updated MailPoet! I gave it another chance, but now, after reading very important questions unanswered here I am seriously thinking of using some other plugin.

    Best Regards

    Hey everyone,

I just want to say we hear you all.

I was expecting that you would read and reply to all theese support-threads.

We value all our users and we would love to reply to all support-threads as we do with all the emails we receive. Please note we’re still a small team working on support and we’re now adapting to WooCommerce after the acquisition.

It means that we will hopefully improve support in the next months and you can expect good things to come.

We make sure to have most common and small issues covered on our Knowledge Base, so users can search for the answers by themselves.

Please note that asking your question here allows the community to benefit from the answers to everyone’s questions. We would really love if our users could help each other as a community.

As mentioned here, we provide free support right here on these forums on a weekly basis and we try to help as many users we can, but it’s not always possible, unfortunately. We sincere apologize for it and ask our free users to be patient with us even when we are slow and not always available.

    Thank you!

    Hi Bruna,

Thanks for providing ‘a response’ here ??

Please understand that we, as freebies, ARE very pastient…
This post that you are replying to, is now two weeks old.
It was posted 2 weeks after another identical post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/low-mail-score-due-to-freemail_forged_replyto/
So now it is more than 1 month ago I was asking the very same question…

You wrote: “As mentioned here, we provide free support right here on these forums on a weekly basis and we try to help as many users we can

Well, posting 1 month ago… no support at all
Posting 2 weeks ago: A reply from you…. but still no support/answer…

So i still wonder what you actually meen when you say “We do provide free support on a weekly basis???”
Same question posted 2 times…. after 4 weeks still no support…
(only your mail saying “We do provide free support”????)

I this because you joined Woocommerce? So that the acquisition is actually resulting in less support? Or?

As you can understand, I still havent got an answer.
    After 4 weeks… After 2 weeks…
I there a chance that your next reply will contain an answer to the question?

    All the best,
    ?? Mads
