    Yes, the ml-slider custom taxonomy is from Meta Slider (it used to be called ML Slider), so you can delete that.

    All of the slideshows are stored as a custom post type (ml-slider), the slides are stored as standard attachments, and the link between the 2 is stored in a custom taxonomy (ml-slider).

    Before you uninstall Meta Slider, you can head to ‘/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ml-slider’ and permanently delete all of the custom post types (slideshows). I would have thought that if you did that, then the ml-slider taxonomy becomes redundant and is therefore removed from the DB too, but I haven’t checked. If it is still there then yes you can delete it manually.
