Is my database corrupt?

  • I’m using Dreamhost’s one-click install and upgrade on WordPress. I upgraded a few weeks ago from 2.1.2 through that to 2.1.3 and somehow my database name went astray. I renamed that, fixed my wp-config.php to reflect the right information manually and then re-upgraded through the one click service again.

    Now I can see the blog content through my dashboard and RSS but I get “WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘link_count’ in ‘where clause’]
    SELECT * FROM wp_categories WHERE cat_ID > 0 AND link_count > 0 ORDER BY cat_name ASC” in the sidebar under links.

    I see there are a number of support questions here from a few months ago on an upgrade to 2.1 but I’m not spotting a clear resolution. Direction please?
