Is my site tracking correctly?

I have a bounce rate of 3-4% Seems low. I also have 2 analytics codes appearing in my source code. I know I installed one of them, but can’t find either to take one out. Any suggestions? One is in my header, but how do I get to it? Thanks https://www.beyondessential.com
