Is Next Gen Capable of displaying thumbnails like this..

I have used Next Gen on other projects but I was curious if anyone knows if it can be used to display in the manner this site does. https://wakoweb.com/en/ if you scroll to the bottom of that page you will notice two galleries of thumbnails (photo and video) you will notice that each one has a single larger thumb nail (“featured thumbnail”). Does anyone know if that larger “featured” thumbnail is possible with nextgen?
