Definitely – I haven’t added it to the UI yet but a manual conditional rule like this should do it.

!is_page( array( 'about','other-slug' ) )

You can also do it with page ID’s.

!is_page( array( 5, 11, 15 ) )

The conditional tags page in the WP Codex should be able to further clarify this.
