Is not showing some values

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Any ACF field will only start showing in the drop-downs on the field mapping/filters pages of our plugin when you made sure some of your (latest) products have values/prices filled in for them on your product edit pages. Did you make sure they have this?

Also, sometimes when you are using server-side (object) caching or using a caching plugin the values in the drop-downs can be cached so also make sure to clear all those caching.

Yes, I tested it and the fields are created, I can fetch them manually, so they exist.

I have cleared nginx cache from my server and all cache from plugins, I even created a staging site and deleted every cache plugin to be sure but nothing.

We tried to reproduce the issue at hand by creating a ACF price field:

For which we filled in a value on a product edit page:

So all seems to be working fine for us. Did you do something else perhaps?

I just did exactly what you did from the beginning

created new acf field

and at the field mapping is not showing.

So we are a bit stuck here. Are you on the latest version of the plugin?

I think I found the problem, I am using WP ALL Import to fill the fields, maybe this way can’t save to generate the value to the database so your plugin can read it.

Is it possible? If yes, is there a way to make it work?

But then, even if I manually change the value it doesn’t get it, it is working only if I create a new product.
The weird thing is that it was working the last week and suddenly stopped.

We are a bit lost here as whatever we do on our test websites it works fine for us. Since you mention it only works when you create a new product I do suspect tat it indeed might have to do with the way you filled those fields using WP ALL Import.

I create a new product so the field mapping appears, and then, after I regenerate the XML, it shows the price of all products. So, it can read the prices but not show the field mapping unless I create a new product. It’s weird!
