Is only the premium theme responsive?

  • I am using Dzonia Lite but I thought that it was a responsive WordPress theme because it came up in a search for Responsive themes in the WP repository.

    The site I have created has just resized the full site to fit in the mobile page.

    Is the only way to fix this to buy the premium theme? If I buy the premium theme and upgrade will it import the homepage and other items?
