Is parent directory writable by the server?

    When I tried to upload the monochrome-theme for communicatiestatie.be, using the upload method, I got this error message:

    Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/communicatiestatie.be/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
