    We purchased Pro version on a 7 day trial. Couldn’t get it to link to Trello. Contacted the developer 4 times via the integrated support page in the plugin with no response so we cancelled the trial. Looks like a nice product but at time of writing it hasn’t been updated for 5 months and there has been no response from the developer before or after cancelling the trial so it appears this is no longer supported even though it can still be purchased.

    Hi – we were unable to establish a connection with trello. We made contact through the plugin contact link a couple of times. We then purchased a licence and tried again a couple of times but we cancelled the licence within the 7 days permitted as we had no reply. Is it better to contact you through this forum than the contact link in the plugin?

    Dear?@palomarux? What is Your email address Could you please let me know, So I can Check Your email’s? Sometimes User Creates a support ticket in another Plugins menu. As you see we are using Freemius nowadays lot of plugins use that too. thanks & regards

    I have re-activated the ‘free’ version to try again to establish a Trello connection prior to upgrade. I have pasted the Trello ‘API Key’ (Presumably what Trello label as ‘Personal Key’) into the plugin setup and saved it but I get no active connection to Trello so I can’t proceed.

    No Just send it in My Time Zone. GMT+6. If I was at my office I would reply instantly. Tomorrow 7-jan-2024 is our off day. Friday is our weekday. send me in between 9:30 am – to – 9:00 pm.
